This illustration represents a proposed resort complex design in Kelowna, BC Canada that was developed within the span of a week  to replace another architectural concept created earlier.

Needless to say, that week span included three 24 hour work sessions.

On presentation to client representative, this proposal was greeted with enthusiasm & acceptance... only to later be sidelined by internal conflicts amongst project principals.

As displayed here, the entire character of this development departs from the original design & was re-designed simultaneous with the development of this image as a computer rendering.

Since the project proposal fell into disarray, none of those benefiting from my illustrative & design efforts has felt any need to pay for any of this work... claiming it was done "pro bono".

Who on earth would have agreed to such an involvement... unless they did not know they'd have to re-design virtually every element of it?

As they say... "The road to Hell is paved with Good Intentions!"
