This small acreage, valley - property exists on the side of a steep hill and includes a stream running through it's lower portion. Both property & the unoccupied house require upgrading and so this rendering was created as a concept representation of how,  by renovating the existing house, landscaping around it, adding planters to the front entry and by installing retaining walls & fencing...  a transformation into a "hobby ranch" could be accomplished... with minimal expense.
