Mike Bainton, owner of South Austin Karate for the past fifteen years, won the World Championship in Knife throwing as well as the World Championship in Tomahawk throwing this year. He set a new world record score in both events and the Guinness Book of World Records was there to record and publish it. Bainton demonstrates his knife throwing techniques at a practice area at South Austin Karate.
